There is a dramatic difference between grass fed and grain fed meat. Grass fed meat has a substantial amount of saturated (actually a good fat), omega-3’s, and CLA. These improve brain function, cause weight loss, and reduces risk of cancer. Stale gummy bears, garbage, cereal, chicken feathers and more end up in grain fed diets. If an animal isn’t fed nutritious food, it will not become nutritious food. 
 

The more carotenoids, which are pigments that makes fat appear yellow, are a sign of nutrient density, high antioxidant content, and flavor. 

Over training, which is different for everyone, can actually cause you to gain weight. There are many reasons but one main factor is that working out causes stress on your body. Yes, it is a good stress, but it’s still stress. When your body is over stressed, it causes your cortisol levels to rise. In turn, your body attempts to hold onto weight as a protection mechanism.

Eating fruit can cause food cravings, energy crashes, and immunity weakness. Fruit is loaded with sugar. It does not matter that it’s natural, in your body it into glucose. Excess glucose will cause your insulin to spike, and your body to go into fat gaining mode.
 

There are certain types of starches that are starch resistant. They act more like a fiber or a prebiotic, typically non-digestible fiber, and can dramatically improve your gut health. A prebiotic is the food that your guy bacteria eat. A probiotic is the gut bacteria themselves. 

The reason why grass fed butter is so amazing, and so bulletproof, is because it’s full of butyrate (butyric acid). Butyrate is vital for a healthy gut and a healthy brain both when you digest and produce it.

Most coffee is filled with mold toxins that can be extremely harmful to the body. That is why it is so important to be very careful about the type of coffee you drink.  Most countries test and limit the coffee that’s allowed to be sold within their boarders. However, the U.S. is one of the few countries that do not do that. In fact, a lot of the coffee that gets rejected from other countries, due to its harmful properties, get sent and welcomed by the U.S.
